I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. The entire experience was comfortable relaxing and absolutely enjoyable. The highlight of my stay was definitely the food every dish was delicious fresh and full of flavour We genuinely enjoyed every meal and it made the stay even more memorable The hotel staff was also extremely polite, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay. Their warm behaviour and prompt service added a very positive touch to the whole experience. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and well taken care of. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service, tasty food,and a pleasant atmosphere. Would love to visit again

My stay at Hotel Jyoti Plaza was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hospitality, comfort, and overall experience exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable, making my stay incredibly relaxing. One of the best parts of my experience was the food — it was absolutely delicious! Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. I genuinely enjoyed each dish, and it added so much value to my stay. The staff at Hotel Jyoti Plaza also deserve special appreciation. They were extremely polite, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist made me feel completely at home. I had a wonderful time staying here, and I can confidently say that this hotel offers great value and a memorable experience. I will definitely be recommending Hotel Jyoti Plaza to my friends and others who are looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended

I recently stayed at Jyoti Plaza and had a mixed experience. While there are some major positives, a few service and security issues held it back from being a perfect stay. The Positives: * Excellent Room Quality: The rooms are very spacious and "roomy," which was a pleasant surprise. * Cleanliness: I was happy to find that the room had no unpleasant odors, and the bathroom was impressively large and well-maintained. * Prime Location: The location is absolutely top-notch and made getting around very easy. The Issues: * Technical Faults: The intercom in my room was not working, which made it impossible to contact the front desk for basic needs. * Theft/Security: Because the intercom was down, I had to order water through an online delivery platform. Unfortunately, the water was stolen from within the hotel premises. To make matters worse, my razor also went missing at the same time. Summary: Aside from the theft of the water and my personal items, the stay was actually quite good. However, the hotel needs to fix its communication systems and improve security for guest deliveries. If these issues were resolved, I would definitely recommend it for the great rooms and location.

My partner had an ok experience. On one hand, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and cooperative. The A/C worked fine but we couldn't adjust the fan speed. The food at the restaurant was tasty and the room service worked great. We were on the 3rd floor and the view was very nice. It was very pleasant to be on the sofa chair having coffee and looking out the window. On the other hand, the room smelled of cigarettes, the shower didn't work so we had to shower using the buckets, which I really hate doing. Wifi reception in the room was very poor and my laptop couldn't connect. My cellphone did it though. Also, before we checked out we called reception and asked them to please schedule a taxi at a specific time to take us to the railway station. 10 minutes before the time we come down with our luggage and they hadn't called any taxi. They did it then but it put us in a stressful situation since we had to make it on time to the train. All in all the experience was all right, it could've been better but it also could've been worse. If you are staying in this hotel I'd also recommend you to dinner at Pepper Gourmet Coucine restaurant, which is a few blocks away. Amazing food down there. Thanks to the staff anyway

We had a not so good experience at this hotel. We booked this hotel looking at reviews/photos also because it's near to railway station. We arrived late night, there is 24*7 checkin and lift that's one good thing but room provided to us was badly smelling with cigarette smoke. I cough at even slightest cigarette smoke smell and I was advised to keep window open so that smell goes. I did keep window open but I was suffocated very bad and it took almost 3 hours for smell to disappear to level where atleast I could positively breathe.. but it was already midnight and this disrupted my sleep I couldn't have good sleep here. The bedsheets were stained I requested to be changed, they changed it. The bathroom was dirty, marks in toilet we cleaned it ourselves, only soap is provided. The floor was fully muddy and dirty looked like it wasn't cleaned and given to us instead given to us as it is after previous party left. Food was good. The hotel place has good potential if concerned team takes responsibility and maintains it well. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone hopefully feedback is taken and cleanliness is improved.
